Design and build the front end of WordPress websites, which is what the user sees and interacts with.

My roles are in company as a develop creates and implements websites for domestic and international on customize and on wordpress and estimated 4 to 5 domains registered of it company I am working on kandns.pk, kandns.com. kandns.us and taking care of website maintenance and currently I am building on Arabic version website which will deliver soon.

Monitor and maintain ATM network, ATM installation, ATM related software’s i.e. cameras, Electronic journaling, ATM watch etc.


Monitor and maintain the Mobile banking services, i.e. Mobile Recharge, SMS Push and Pull etc.


Monitor and maintain the Internet banking services, i.e. Web version and Mobile version.


Monitor and maintain the connectivity with other networks i.e. 1link, NAFA. NIT. GPM, Ufone, etc.


Coordinate with Branches and Vendors for the resolution of ATM issues / problems.


Provide 1st level support to branches and concerned dept for ADC related complaints and issues.


Provide full cooperation and support to ADC technical and project management team.


System monitoring through tools and traces to ensure system functions and availability.


Ensures compliance of policy and procedures within the division.


Resolution: customer complains on stuck transactions.


Well performing operation & support works now my current role in looking after customer complaints and sorting out solutions of complaints pertaining transactions on every finance channel with the help SQL (structured query language) and also search huge data from bank databases.
